West Lake International Fireworks Festival has been a branded program of the West Lake Expo since 2000.

The first five festivals were held over the water of the West Lake, and after 2005, the venue moved to Qiantang River.

Each of the festivals attracts over 1 million viewers.

It becomes a vehicle of Hangzhou’s urban culture and has left a deep impression on Chinese and foreign tourists.

It is a classic program during the West Lake Expo.
